David Smith serves as Vice Chair of the NJ Motion Picture and Television Commission and has been a member since first being appointed in July 2005. David is a founder, 1st Vice President-officer and Co-Producer of the New Jersey Hall of Fame developing and producing the star studded annual induction ceremony. He is an co-owner of Wintegrity Films which developed and produced the feature film “Zeroes” and has several film projects in development and is a nearly twenty year member of the Screen Actors Guild/AFTRA. David is also a partner and 29 year member of the Princeton Public Affairs Group (PPAG) after serving as Director of Policy and Planning for the NJ Legislature. He has a Masters Degree in Financial Services from The American College of Financial Services and Bachelors degree in political science from Gettysburg College.
