How to Locate a Rule

You can get the full text of any rule which is highlighted on this website by clicking on the rule and following these steps:


: A “Free Public Access” page will appear. Click “I agree”

: In the box on the top (under New Jersey Administrative Code), insert the rule number; for example, 1:1-5.4, and click search

: Click on the rule number in the result list

Or

: Click on the “+” signs on the right hand side to open up the rules until the exact citation is located.
