Collection System
The form listed below is being offered by the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) to assist collection system operators in complying with statutory reporting requirements under NJAC 7:10A-1.12 (b) 2 states:
This form has been designed to encompass all of the items for which the operator is responsible and must report to PVSC routinely. For your convenience, this form may be e-mailed to collectionssystemreport@pvsc.com on or before the 10th of the month.
