Route NJ 208


The use of the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 208 described in this subsection is hereby restricted to certain classes of traffic as described:


In Bergen County and Passaic County:

i. In the Borough of Fair Lawn, the Borough of Glen Rock, the Borough of Hawthorne, the Township of Wyckoff, the Borough of Franklin Lakes and the Borough of Oakland:


No pedestrians, animals led, ridden, or driven, bicycles, non-motorized vehicles, motorized bicycles, tractors, rollers, and agricultural or construction machinery, self-propelled or towed, unless a permit therefore has been obtained in advance from the Commissioner of Transportation for both directions of traffic:

(A) For the entire length of Route NJ 208 (between milepost 0.00 in Fair Lawn Borough, Bergen County and milepost 10.07 in Oakland Borough, Bergen County).
