Route NJ 29


The use of the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 29 described in this subsection is hereby restricted to certain classes of traffic as described:


In Mercer County:

i. In the Township of Hamilton and the City of Trenton:


No pedestrians, except in park areas, walks, and crossings, specifically designated by the Commissioner of Transportation for that purpose, animals led, ridden, or driven except on leash where pedestrians are permitted, non-motorized vehicles, tractors, rollers, and agricultural or construction machinery self-propelled or towed, except by written permission from the Commissioner of Transportation for both directions of traffic:

(A) For the entire length of the freeway portion of Route NJ 29.
