(a) The certain parts of State Highway Routes NJ 37 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
1. In Ocean County:
i. In the Borough of Seaside Heights:
(1) Mid-block crosswalks across the westbound entrance ramp:
(A) Beginning at a point 550 feet west of the junction of Route NJ 35 northbound and Route NJ 37 westbound and extending 7 feet westerly therefrom (approximate milepost 13.28).
