(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 57 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
1. In Warren County:
i. In the Borough of Washington:
(1) Along Route NJ 57 beginning at a point 284 feet west of the westerly curb line of School Street and extending six (6) feet westerly therefrom. (Approximate milepost 10.82).
