(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 15 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1.	In Morris County:
	i. In the Town of Dover, the Township of Rockaway, and the Borough of Wharton:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-078A dated August 13, 2015.
2.	In Sussex County:
	i. In the Township of Sparta, the Township of Lafayette, and the Township of Frankford:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-111A dated August 13, 2015.
