(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 152 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1. In Atlantic County:
i. In the City of Somers Point and the Township of Egg Harbor:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-069B dated September 3, 2015.
