(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 23 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1.	In Essex County:
	i. In the Borough of Verona and the Township of Cedar Grove:

	(A) Described in drawing number HNPZ-053A dated July 28, 2014.
2.	In Passaic County:
	i. In the Township of Little Falls and the Township of Wayne:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) Described in drawing number HNPZ-052A dated July 28, 2014.
3.	In Sussex County:
	i. In the Township of Hardyston, the Borough of Franklin, the Borough of Hamburg, the Township of Wantage, the Borough of Sussex, and the Township of Montague:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-038D dated July 30, 2014.
