No Passing Zones

(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route US 40 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1.	In Salem County:
	i. In the Townships of Carneys Point, the Township of Pilesgrove, the Borough of Woodstown, the Township of Upper Pittsgrove, and the Borough of Elmer:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-044B dated August 26, 2014.
2.	In Gloucester County:
	i. In the Township of Franklin and the Borough of Newfield:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-043A dated August 27, 2014.
3.	In Atlantic County:
	i. In the Borough of Buena, the Township of Buena Vista, and the Township of Hamilton:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-120A dated May 6, 2020.
