(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 49 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1.	In Salem County:
	i. In the Township of Pennsville, the City of Salem, and the Township of Quinton:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-041B dated April 8, 2015.
2.	In Cumberland County:
	i. In the Township of Stow Creek, the Borough of Shiloh, the Township of Hopewell, the City of Bridgeton, the Township of Fairfield, the City of Millville, and the Township of Maurice River:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-040B dated April 10, 2015.
3.	In Atlantic County:
	i. In the City of Estell Manor:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-026A dated April 13, 2015.
4.	In Cape May County:
	i. In the Township of Upper:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-027-C dated January 25, 2022.
