(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 28 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Somerset County:
i. In the Township of Bridgewater:
(1) No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between the southerly curb line of Route US 22 and the westerly curb line of Vanderveer Road.
(2) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between Adamsville Road and Fairmount Avenue.
(B) Between the westerly curb line of Route US 202-US 206 and the easterly curb line of Route US 22.
(3) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Along the westbound (northerly) side between a point 100 feet west of Van Buren Street and along the eastbound (southerly) side between Rehill Avenue and Route I-287, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation.
