Route NJ 63
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 63 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Hudson County:
i. In the Township of North Bergen:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) From the center line of J.F. Kennedy Boulevard and the North Bergen Township, Hudson County - Fairview Borough, Bergen County corporate line.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) From the North Bergen Township, Hudson County - Fairview Borough, Bergen County corporate line to the center line of 91st Street.
2. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Fairview:
(1) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) From 120 feet north of, to 120 feet south of the center line of Industrial Avenue.
(B) From the center line of Sherman Place to the North Bergen Township, Hudson County - Fairview Borough, Bergen County corporate line.
ii. In the Borough of Ridgefield:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Oakdene Avenue - From the southerly curb line of Oakdene Avenue to a point 45 feet southerly thereof.
(B) Washington Avenue - From the southerly curb line of Washington Avenue to a point 50 feet southerly thereof.
(C) Washington Avenue - From the northerly curb line of Washington Avenue to a point 50 feet northerly thereof.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Oakdene Avenue – from the southerly curb line of Oakdene Avenue to a point 120 feet southerly thereof.
iii. In the Borough of Palisades Park:
(1) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 63 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Fairview:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Henry Street – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Henry Street and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Kennedy Drive – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Kennedy Drive and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(C) Walker Street – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Walker Street and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Sherman Place – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Sherman Place and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Park Avenue – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Park Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(3) Mid-block bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
No locations at this time.
(4) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Westview Place – Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Westview Place and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.

(C) Sherman Place – Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Sherman Place and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.

(C) Art Lane – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# pending) – Beginning at the southerly curb line of Art Lane an extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.

(C) Washington Avenue – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 13211) – Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Washington Avenue and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
(D) Art Lane – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 13212) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Art Lane and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(E) Day Avenue – (near side) (Transit ID# 13213) – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Day Avenue and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
