Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 67
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 67 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected.
1. In Bergen County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 67 is under the jurisdiction of the Port Authority of NY & NJ from approximate mileposts 1.29 to 1.40. i. In the Borough of Fort Lee:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 67 described in this subsection shall be designated and established as "no parking bus stop" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Fort Lee:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Palisade Terrace - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Palisade Terrace and extending 155 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Palisade Avenue-Tom Hunter Road - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Palisade Avenue and extending 155 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Euclid Road - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Euclid Road and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Horizon Road - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Horizon Road and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(C) Main Street - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Main Street and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(D) Bridge Plaza South - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Bridge Plaza South and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(E) Lincoln Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Lincoln Avenue and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(3) Mid-Block bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between Bridge Plaza North and Lincoln Avenue - Beginning 326 feet north of the northerly curb line of Bridge Plaza North and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(4) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Lincoln Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Lincoln Avenue and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Whiteman Street - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Whiteman Street and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(C) Bridge Plaza South - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Bridge Plaza South and extending 155 feet northerly therefrom.
(5) Far side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Tom Hunter Road - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Tom Hunter Road and extending 155 feet southerly therefrom.
(6) Mid-block bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between Main Street and Bridge Plaza South - Beginning at a point 132 feet north of the northerly curb line of Main Street and extending 170 feet northerly therefrom.
(c) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 67 described in the subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones during certain hours. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs.
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Fort Lee:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM:
(A) Between a point south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Lincoln Avenue and the intersection of New York Avenue.
(2) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM Monday (Street Cleaning):
(A) From Dahill Square to Bridge Plaza North.
(3) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM Tuesday (Street Cleaning):
(A) From Bridge Plaza North to Dahill Square.
