Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 72
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 72 described in this section are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30.  In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Burlington County:
i. In the Township of Woodland:
(1) No stopping or standing along long both sides:
(A) Between Route NJ 70 (Four Mile Circle) and Johnson Road (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.25).
2. In Ocean County:
i. In the Township of Barnegat:
Regulations are currently under review.
ii. In the Township of Stafford:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits of the Township of Stafford, including all ramps and connections under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation, except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Borough of Ship Bottom:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
