Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 87
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 87 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Atlantic County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 87 is under South Jersey Transportation Authority jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 0.00 to 1.07 and 1.49 to 1.70 (end of route).
i.  In the City of Atlantic City:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii.  In the City of Brigantine:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
