| Certain parts of the roadway known as Connection Boulevard (vicinity of Routes NJ 31 & NJ 57), located in the Borough of Washington in Warren County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction. Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations: |
| (a) |
The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of Connection Boulevard described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed: |
| (1) |
For both directions of traffic: |
|
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH for its entire length between Route NJ 57 and Route NJ 31. |
| (b) |
The certain parts of Connection Boulevard described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times: |
| (1) |
No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side: |
|
(A) Between the easterly curb line of Route NJ 31 and extending to a point 100 feet easterly therefrom. |
|
(B) Between a point 376 feet east of the easterly curb line of Route NJ 31 and extending to the northerly curb line of Route NJ 57. |
| (2) |
No stopping or standing along the eastbound (northerly) side: |
|
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation. |
| (c) |
The certain parts of Connection Boulevard described in this subsection are designated and established as "no parking certain hours" zones, where parking is permitted as described: |
| (1) |
No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side between the hours of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Sunday through Saturday: |
|
(A) Between a point 100 feet east of the easterly curb line of Route NJ 31 and a point 376 feet easterly therefrom. |
