Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

River Drive (County Route 624 II) (vicinity of Route NJ 21)
Certain parts of the roadway known as River Drive (County Route 624 II) (vicinity of Route NJ 21), located in the City of Passaic in Passaic County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of River Drive (County Route 624 II) described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between 250 feet north of Terhune Avenue and 150 feet north of Van Houten Avenue.
(b) The certain parts of River Drive (County Route 624 II) described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
Between the concrete gore of the Route NJ 21 off ramp (Ramp SRI A101040) / northbound River Drive (County Route 624 II) and Union Avenue.
