Speed Limits For State Roads

Route US 130
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route US 130 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
1. In Salem County:
i. In the Township of Pennsville:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH  between Route I-295/ US 40 and the Pennsville Township - Carneys Point Township corporate (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.49); thence
ii. In the Township of Carneys Point:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between the Pennsville Township-Carneys Point Township corporate line and NJ Route 140 (approximate mileposts 0.49 to 0.56); thence
(B) Zone 2: 50 MPH between Route NJ 140  and a point 960 feet south of Hollywood Avenue (approximate mileposts 0.56 to 2.05); thence
(C) Zone 3: 35 MPH between a point 960 feet south of Hollywood Avenue and the Carneys Point Township - Penns Grove Borough southerly corporate line  (Maple Avenue), except 25 MPH when passing through the John J. Pershing and the Lafayette Public School zones during recess when the presence of children is clearly visible from the roadway or while children are going to or leaving school, during opening or closing hours (approximate mileposts 2.05 to 3.00); thence
(D) Zone 4: 40 MPH between the Carneys Point Township- Penns Grove Borough northerly corporate line and East Line Street (approximate mileposts 4.02 to 4.09); thence
(E) Zone 5: 45 MPH between East Line Street and North Broad Street (approximate mileposts 4.09 to 5.07); thence
(F) Zone 6: 50 MPH between  North Broad Street and the Carneys Point Township – Oldmans Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 5.07 to 5.17); thence
iii. In the Borough of Penns Grove:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between the Penns Grove Borough - Carneys Point Township southerly corporate line and the Penns Grove Borough - Carneys Point Township northerly corporate line except for 25 MPH in the Penns Grove Middle School zone, during recess or while children are going to or leaving school, during opening or closing hours (approximate mileposts 3.00 to 4.02); thence
iv. In the Township of Oldmans:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between the Carneys Point Township - Oldmans Township corporate line and the Oldmans Township - Logan Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 5.17 to 8.84); thence
2. In Gloucester County:
NOTE: State Highway Route US 130 is coincident with State Highway Route I-295 from approximate mileposts 14.29 to 23.61.
i. In the Township of Logan:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 55 MPH between the Oldmans Township - Logan Township corporate line and Route I-295 (approximate mileposts 8.84 to 14.29); thence

(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between the West Deptford Township - Westfield Borough southerly corporate line and the West Deptford Township- Westville Borough northerly corporate line (approximate mileposts 24.35 to 24.98); thence
iii. In the Borough of Westville:
(1) For the northbound direction of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between the West Deptford Township - Westfield Borough southerly corporate line and the West Deptford Township - Westville Borough northerly corporate line  (approximate mileposts 24.35  to 24.98); thence
(2) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between West Deptford Township - Westville Borough northerly corporate line and Route NJ 45 (approximate mileposts 24.98 to 25.11); thence
(B) Zone 2: 40 MPH between Route NJ 45 and the Westville Borough - Brook Lawn Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 25.11 to 25.30); thence
3. In Camden County:
i. In the Borough of Brooklawn:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between  the Westville Borough - Brooklawn Borough corporate  line and Route NJ 47 (approximate mileposts 25.30 to 25.74); thence
(B) Zone 2: 45 MPH between Route NJ 47 and the Brooklawn Borough - Gloucester City corporate line (Little Timber Creek)  (approximate mileposts 25.74 to 26.47); thence
ii. In the City of Gloucester:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between the Brooklawn Borough - Gloucester City corporate line and the Gloucester City - Haddon Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 26.47 to 27.50); thence
iii. In the Township of Haddon:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between the Gloucester City - Haddon Township corporate line and Route NJ 168 (Mount Ephraim Avenue) (approximate mileposts 27.50 to 28.37); thence
(B) Zone 2: 40 MPH between Route NJ 168 and the Haddon Township - City of Camden corporate line (approximate mileposts 28.37 to 28.75); thence
iv. In the City of Camden:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1:: 40 MPH between the Haddon Township - City of Camden corporate line and the City of Camden - Collingswood Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 28.75 to 28.86); thence
(B) Zone 2: 40 MPH  between the Pennsauken Township-City of Camden southerly  corporate line (Myrtle Avenue-County Route 662) and the City of Camden- Pennsauken Township northerly corporate line (approximate mileposts 31.80 to 31.93); thence
v. in the Borough of Collingswood:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between the City of Camden-Collingswood Borough corporate line and the southerly intersection of Route US 30 (approximate mileposts 28.86 to 29.48); thence
