Speed Limits for State Roads

(a)	The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 284 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
1.	In Sussex County:
	i. In the Borough of Sussex:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 30 MPH between Route NJ 23 and the Sussex Borough - Wantage Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.59); thence
	ii. In the Township of Wantage:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between the Sussex Borough - Wantage Township corporate line and 1,300 feet north of Division Street (approximate mileposts 0.59 to 0.76); thence
	(B) Zone 2: 45 MPH between 1,300 feet north of Division Street and the southernmost intersection of Old Route 284 (approximate mileposts 0.76 to 5.41); thence
	(C) Zone 3: 50 MPH between the southernmost intersection of Old Route NJ 284 and the New Jersey-New York State jurisdictional line (end of route) (approximate mileposts 5.41 to 7.03).
