Speed Limits For State Roads

Route US 30
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route US 30 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
1. In Camden County:
i. In the City of Camden:
NOTE: State Highway Route US 30 is coincident with State Highway Route I-676 from approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.92.
NOTE: State Highway Route US 30 is under Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.92.
NOTE: State Highway Route US 30 is coincident with State Highway Route US 130 from approximate mileposts 3.26 to 4.26.
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between the ramp to I-676 and the westernmost City of Camden Camden-Pennsauken Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.92 to 2.77); thence
(B) Zone 2: 45 MPH between the Pennsauken Township-City of Camden corporate line (Cooper River) and the City of Camden-Collingswood Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 3.62 to 3.77); thence
ii. In the Township of Pennsauken:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between the westernmost City of Camden-Pennsauken Township corporate line and the Pennsauken Township-City of Camden corporate line (Cooper River) (approximate mileposts 2.77 to 3.62); thence
iii. In the Borough of Collingswood:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between the City of Camden-Collingswood Borough corporate line and the intersection of Route US 30-Route US 130 (Collingswood Circle) (approximate mileposts 3.77 to 4.26); thence
(B) Zone 2: 35 MPH hour between the intersection of Route US 30-Route US 130 (Collingswood Circle) and the Collingswood Borough-Oaklyn Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 4.26 to 5.13); thence
iv. In the Borough of Oaklyn:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between the Collingswood Borough – Oaklyn Borough corporate line and West Beechwood Avenue (approximate mileposts 5.13 to 5.26); thence
(B) Zone 2: 30 MPH between West Beechwood Avenue and the Oaklyn Borough-Haddon Township corporate line (East Clinton Avenue) (approximate mileposts 5.26 to 5.52); thence
(2) For the eastbound direction of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 30 MPH between the Oaklyn Borough- Haddon Township corporate line (East Clinton Avenue) and the Oaklyn Borough-Audubon Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 5.52 to 6.06); thence
