Speed Limits For State Roads

Route NJ 41
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 41 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
1. In Gloucester County:
i. In the Township of Deptford:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 50 MPH between Egg Harbor Road (County Route 630)-Delsea Drive (Route NJ 47) and County House Road (County Route 621) (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 1.56); thence
(B) Zone 2: 45 MPH between County House Road and Clements Bridge Road (County Route 544) (approximate mileposts 1.56 to 3.86); thence
(C) Zone 3: 35 MPH between Clements Bridge Road and the Borough of Runnemede/Township of Gloucester-Township of Deptford corporate line (approximate mileposts 3.86 to 4.12); thence
2. In Camden County:
NOTE: State Highway Route NJ 41 is under county (Camden County) jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 4.95 to 10.83.
i. In the Township of Gloucester:
(1) For the northbound direction of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between the Township of Deptford-Borough of Runnemede/Gloucester Township corporate line and Station Avenue (County Route 682) (approximate mileposts 4.12 to 4.17); thence
ii. In the Borough of Runnemede:
(1) For the southbound direction of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between the Township of Deptford-Borough of Runnemede/Gloucester Township corporate line and Station Avenue (County Route 682) (approximate mileposts 4.12 to 4.17); thence
(2) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between Station Avenue (County Route 682) and Read Avenue (approximate mileposts 4.17 to 4.70); thence
(B) Zone 2: 30 MPH between Read Avenue and Route NJ 168 (Black Horse Pike) (approximate mileposts 4.70 to 4.95); thence
NOTE: State Highway Route NJ 41 is under Camden County jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 4.95 to 10.43.
iii. In the Township of Cherry Hill:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between Route NJ 70 (Marlton Turnpike) and the Maple Shade Township-Cherry Hill Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 10.83 to 13.20); thence
3. In Burlington County:
i. In the Township of Maple Shade:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between the Cherry Hill Township-Maple Shade Township corporate line and Kings Highway (County Route 611) (end of route) (approximate mileposts 13.20 to 14.08).
