Speed Limits for State Roads

(a)	The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 82 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
1.	In Union County:
	i. In the Township of Springfield:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between Meisel Avenue and the Springfield Township - Union Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.36); thence
	ii. In the Township of Union:
(1)	For both directions of traffic:
	(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between the Springfield Township - Union Township corporate line and Liberty Avenue (County Route 637) (approximate mileposts 0.36 to 0.78); thence
	(B) Zone 2: 30 MPH between Liberty Avenue and Coolidge Avenue (approximate mileposts 0.78 to 2.58); thence
	(C) Zone 3: 40 MPH between Coolidge Avenue and Route NJ 439 except for 25 MPH when passing through the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic School zone and the Livingston School Zone (mileposts 3.23 to 3.58) while "25 MPH when flashing" signs are operating during recess when the presence of children is clearly visible from the roadway or while children are going to or leaving school, during opening or closing hours (approximate mileposts 2.58 to 4.92).
