The ECA claims forms and instructions are provided in multiple formats. You can use whichever format is convenient for you. More information about downloading and using files is available on the SRWM Web Help section.

The claim form should be completed and returned to ECA via certified mail. For questions concerning ECA, the Spill Fund and Sanitary Landfill Fund, please call 609/633-0719.
