[SRRA] Notice Regarding Mandatory Use of Fee and Retention DEP Online Services
This message is a follow-up reminder that the Annual Remediation Fee Form and the LSRP Notification of Retention and Dismissal Form have been available as a DEP Online service since September 2012. Unless otherwise instructed by the Department, the use of these services will become mandatory on January 18, 2013.
Be advised that the Department is sending separate written notices to all parties that receive a bill for the default category amount instructing parties to correct the fee categories and submit a check for the correct amount. All parties shall follow the instructions outlined in the written notice.
Instructions for obtaining an account and filing the forms online can be found on the SRP forms page and directly at http://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/online_annual_remediation_fee_reporting_ins.pdf and http://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/online_lsrp_notification_retention_or_dismissal_ins.pdf.
