[EXTERNAL]: Submission of forms and reports for Traditional Overnight Cases and Direct Oversight Cases where a DEP case manager is assigned is now available through NJDEP Online

To assist the regulated community in submitting forms and reports to the Bureau of Case Management (BCM), the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) has developed two new NJDEP Online Services: "CERCLA / RCRA / DOD / DOE / EPA / Chrome Submission" and "Direct Oversight Document Submission."

To submit forms and reports for cases under Traditional Oversight, visit NJDEP Online (https://www.nj.gov/dep/online/) and log into My Workspace. Next, Under Service Selection, click "Configure Services," and check "CERCLA / RCRA / DOD / DOE / EPA / Chrome Submission" under the Site Remediation Category.

To submit forms and reports for cases under Direct Department Oversight with a BCM case manager, the link to "Direct Oversight Document Submission" will appear in NJDEP Online within LSRP-Related Services, located in the "Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) - Report and Workplan Services" section. After the initial report is submitted, the service may also be used to upload the Traditional/Direct Oversight Report Certification Form, signed by the Person Responsible for Conducting the Remediation.

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26C-1.6(c), the use of the Direct Oversight Document Submission online services will become mandatory 90 days after the Department publishes a notice in the New Jersey Register stating that the online service is available. Until such time, the Department encourages the use of these services, however, hard copies of forms and/or reports (with required CD or flash drive) will still be accepted.

The Department will no longer accept forms and reports for Traditional Overnight Cases and Direct Oversight Cases where a DEP case manager is assigned via srp_submissions@dep.nj.gov or the case manager, unless directed by the case manager.
