[EXTERNAL]: New Jersey Register Notice Regarding Mandatory Use of Online Portal for the Submission of Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Forms

On December 18, 2023, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) published a Notice in the New Jersey Register that a NJDEP Online Service is available for submission of Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Forms. A copy of the notice is included below.

This message is a reminder that in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:26C-1.6(c), the use of these services will become mandatory 90 days from publication of the Notice, or on March 17, 2024, unless otherwise instructed by the Department. The ability to submit Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Forms voluntarily through the NJDEP Online Service has been available since February 2, 2022.

Instructions for filing the forms online and specific instructions for using the Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission online services can be found on the Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment forms page at: https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/.

Notice of Mandatory Use of Online Portal for the Submission of Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Forms

Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) hereby gives notice that its online portal for the submission of the Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Forms is now available, which allows persons to file electronically.

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26C-1.6(c), within 90 days after the date that the Department informs the public by a notice in the New Jersey Register that an electronic portal is available, the person responsible for conducting the remediation shall submit to the Department through the electronic application such documents specified by the Department that are required by the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites, N.J.A.C. 7:26C, and the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, N.J.A.C. 7:26E.

Accordingly, beginning on March 17, 2024, Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Forms shall be filed electronically through the NJDEP Online Business Portal at http://dep.nj.gov/online/.
