New Jersey Coastal Resiliency Collaborative

The New Jersey Coastal Resiliency Collaborative (NJCRC) is a collective of various partners dedicated to supporting comprehensive coastal resilience planning and implementation based upon the best available science and technical tools.  The NJCRC began in the spring of 2015 as an offshoot of two existing products, the Resilient Coastal Communities Initiative (RCCI) and the Restoration Explorer.  The main goal of the NJCRC is to establish a network of partners including but not limited to state, public, academic, non-governmental, and professional organizations.  Once established this network of partners will coordinate efforts and share information on coastal resilience issues and needs as well as advance a common framework for evidence-based coastal resilience planning and actions at the local and regional scale.
