HazSite Electronic Data Sumbittal File Format Support Changes
Updated 30 December 2010
SRP is discontinuing the support of WK1 (Lotus 1-2-3) and DBF (dBase/FoxPro) file extensions for the HazSite database electronic data deliverable (EDD) submissions effective 1/1/2011. The only acceptable format for submissions will be a tab delimited text file. SRP has created and posted an application to convert WK1 and DBF files at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/hazsite/software/converter/
The cutoff date is dependant on the sampling date. If a sampling date happens on or before 12/31/2010 and is submitted to SRP, in a WK1 or DBF format on or after 1/1/2011, the EDD will be processed. However, if a sampling date happens on or after 1/1/2011 and any of the EDD files submitted are in a WK1 or DBF format, the EDD will be rejected. Tab delimited EDDs will be processed regardless of the sampling date.
Thank you for your cooperation.
