Introduction

This is a readme.txt file that accompanies the Electronic Data Submittal Application, referred to as "EDSA7." It provides the latest information on the EDSA7 as well as installation instructions. Future updates and versions will be distributed via the Site Remediation Program's web page: www.nj.gov/dep/srp.

EDSA7 and all of its associated materials, are copyrighted by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, herein called 'the Department.' The Department is making EDSA7 available for use without warranty.

The Department is freely distributing EDSA7 for the expressed purpose of assisting regulated entities when submitting data in an electronic format to the Department. EDSA7 cannot be sold or distributed by any person or organization for any fee. The EDSA7 cannot be distributed by any person or any organization without the written consent of the Assistant Commissioner of Site Remediation.

EDSA7 is designed to facilitate the electronic submittal of site sampling data to the Department. Any data submitted using the EDSA7 or any reports produced by the EDSA7 are only for informational purposes and do not represent the official and valid review of the data by the Department.
