On November 2nd, the Department of Environmental Protection will be providing a detailed overview of the regulatory changes necessary to implement the Site Remediation Reform Act specifically for future LSRPs. In this session we will be reviewing the new administrative requirements, changes to the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation, new guidance documents and the forms used to process required submittals. While this training is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended you attend.

Please note this training is only being offered to those individuals who have obtained an LSRP license or have a pending application at the time of this email. No other individuals will be admitted. Seating is limited so please RSVP as soon as possible to Maria Cardona at the email address below. Lastly, admission will be first come, first serve.

The training session will start promptly at 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm in the public hearing room at 401 East State Street.

For those who can not attend this session or were not invited, the LSRP Association and the Department will be providing additional training sessions through Rutgers in November and December. Thank you.
