A link to the Site Remediation Program rules that were amended on November 4, 2009 as part of the special adoption of the ARRCS interim rule package are available on the SRP's web page at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/regs/. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the link to the specific rule you are interested in. The rules that were affected are:

• The new Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS) rule, N.J.A.C. 7:26C (the ARRCS rule replaces the Oversight rule, which has been repealed).
• The Underground Storage Tank (UST) rule, N.J.A.C. 7:14B
• The Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) rule, N.J.A.C. 7:26B
• The Remediation Standards rule, N.J.A.C. 7:26D
• The Technical Requirements for Site Remediation rule (Tech Regs), N.J.A.C. 7:26E

In addition to the complete rule text of these rules, there is also a link to the Special Adoption of the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites interim rule adoption package that will published in the New Jersey Register on December 7, 2009. This package includes a Federal Standards Analysis of the rules as well as showing amendments to all affected rules, including those mentioned above and other Department rules that were affected by the adoption.
