The Department intends to publish notice of an Interested Party Review in an effort to solicit input concerning potential revisions to the rules governing the remediation of contaminated sites, and is now seeking input regarding topics that the Department might include in that notice. The Department hereby extends an invitation to all interested parties to identify no more than three topics or issues for inclusion in the Interested Party Review notice. Please submit specific topics or issues, along with a brief explanation of why the Department should include the matter in the Interested Party Review, to SRRA@dep.nj.gov by March 5, 2010. To be considered, the e-mail subject line MUST read: Interested Party Review. Thanks for your input.
