Subject [SRRA] Update to Courtesy Copy of the Brownfield and Contaminated Site Remediation Act

The courtesy copy of the Brownfield and Contaminated Site Remediation Act (C. 58:10B) found on the NJDEP Site Remediation Program Web site (https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/regs/statutes/bcsra.pdf) has been updated. The courtesy copy now contains a revised section 13.1 which provides for a covenant not to sue by operation of law upon issuance of no further action letter in certain circumstances relating to site remediations.
