The Alternative Soil Remediation Standard Application Form has been updated to version 1.1. Previous versions of this Form referred to the "Guidance for the application of remediation standards, site-specific criteria, and screening levels pursuant to the Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E)." This guidance document is not currently available, and reference to it has been removed from this Form. The relevant information from this guidance document referred to when Department pre-approval is needed prior to using certain direct contact soil exposure pathway alternative remediation standards and/or site-specific impact to ground water soil exposure pathway remediation standards. The necessary information has now been added to the instructions, section B1.
