LSRP Hot Topics: SRP Inspection and Review Process of LSRP Documents & SRP Enforcement Goals

Course Description: DEP staff will cover the Inspection and Review Process for LSRP submitted forms and documents. Commonly encountered errors in submitted RAOs will be discussed. DEP staff will also provide an overview of the program's current Enforcement Goals and Strategies. The LSRP's role in informing remediating parties about upcoming regulatory and mandatory time frames, and of the consequences related to missing these timeframes, will be discussed.
