The Department has determined how SRRA will be implemented at RCRA, CERCLA and Federal Facility Sites. The document that is posted on the Department's training and tools web page at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/training/matrix/quick_ref/rcra_cercla_fed_facility_sites.pdf clearly outlines which RCRA, CERCLA and Federal Facility sites will be required to hire an LSRP, who will issue final approval documents and includes information about fees and oversight costs. It is suggested you review this document, particularly if you have a case involving one of these types of facilities.
