[SRRA] Notice Regarding Mandatory Use of Fee and Retention DEP Online Services

This message is a follow-up reminder that the Annual Remediation Fee Form and the LSRP Notification of Retention and Dismissal Form have been available as a DEP Online service since September 2012. Unless otherwise instructed by the Department, the use of these services will become mandatory on January 18, 2013.

Be advised that the Department is sending separate written notices to all parties that receive a bill for the default category amount instructing parties to correct the fee categories and submit a check for the correct amount. All parties shall follow the instructions outlined in the written notice.

Please note that the web links provided in this listserv are different from those provided in the November 15, 2012 listserv (https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/listserv_archives/2012/20121115_srra.html). The links included in this listserv take the user directly to the instructions for the online submittal form.

Program Description:
This session will provide LSRPs with an overview of how to register with NJDEP Online and complete LSRP Retention/Dismissal and Annual Remediation Fee Forms online.
