[SRRA]: Announcement from the SRPL Board-Comments Requested on Draft Proposed New Rules

The scheduled April 15, 2013 meeting of the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board will include an informal Open Forum wherein the public is invited to provide feedback on the Board's draft proposed new rules. A link to the draft proposed new rules may be found on the Board Website at www.nj.gov/lsrpboard/board/rules/lsrprules%20%289%294.2web.pdf. Please note that this meeting is intended as an opportunity for informal public input pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-5.3(a), and is not rulemaking action conducted in compliance with the New Jersey Administrative Procedure Act (N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq). Comments may be submitted in person at the meeting, or by email to SRPLBoardContact@dep.nj.gov by Friday, April 19, 2013.

The SRPL Board meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the Public Hearing Room of the Department of Environmental Protection, 401 East State Street, Trenton, NJ.
