[SRRA]: RESEND - Updates to "Historic Fill Material and Diffuse Anthropogenic Pollutants Technical Guidance"

MESSAGE: The Department has amended the "Diffuse Anthropogenic Pollution (DAP) Administrative Guidance" to clarify that it is not necessary to notify the Department when DAP is discovered at a site. Version 1.1 of this document can be found at
