[SRRA]: Revisions to the Remediation Funding Source Self Guarantee Application Form and Instructions

Please be advised that the Remediation Funding Source Self Guarantee Application Form and Instructions have been updated to reflect the requirements of the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS, N.J.A.C. 7:26C). Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26C-5.8, an applicant is required to report "tangible" net worth. As a result, the word "tangible" has been added to the Form where appropriate. Changes have also been made to readily capture information used to provide an applicant's tangible net worth. In addition, definitions have been added to provide clarification of three terms: Tangible Net Worth, Gross Receipts and Gross Payments. Also, the address to where this information is submitted has been changed to the Bureau of Case Assignment and Initial Notice.

All Self Guarantee applicants shall immediately begin using the new Form and Instructions. In addition, a Remediation Cost Review and RFS/FA Form shall be submitted with every Self Guarantee Application.
