[SRRA]: LSRP License Renewal Information
Attention: LSRP License Holders with a license expiration date of July 9, 2015
Applications for license renewal for licenses with an expiration date of July 9, 2015 will be accepted beginning February 1, 2015, and no later than April 9, 2015. Please note that all continuing education requirements must be completed at the time of submittal of the license renewal application.
In order to meet the requirements for license renewal, each LSRP must complete thirty-six (36) continuing education credits during the three year license term, with credits distributed as follows:
Continuing education credits may be earned by attending Board approved continuing education programs or participating in Board approved continuing education activities, including authoring a paper, preparing and giving a presentation, and instructing an approved continuing education program.
A table of all continuing education programs approved by the Board and a table showing UPCOMING courses may be found on the Board website at:
