[SRRA] Case Study Training for LSRPs, March 13, 2017 at Rutgers, New Brunswick

Registration has opened for the Case Study Training for LSRPs, to be held at Rutgers, New Brunswick on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

This interactive one-day workshop will engage Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) and other environmental professionals to work through a typical Site Remediation Program (SRP) Case starting with an ISRA triggering event, through all the phases of remediation (PA/SI/RI and RA), including applying for and implementing a remedial action permit and culminating in the issuance of an RAO. Attendees will participate in interactive exercises for evaluating site conditions to better understand the remedial process, administrative requirements, and informational resources available to complete the remediation of a typical ISRA site. The Department's rules, policies, and Guidance will also be discussed and incorporated into the learning process.

Please note the attendance policy: If any attendee misses 45 minutes or more of the training class, they will not be eligible to receive credit for the course.

Note: The Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board encourages anyone interested in taking the examination to take this pre-requisite course now, as the frequency of the course and exam could change. As a reminder, the course must be completed no more than three years prior to the submission of the application to sit for the exam.

** This course will satisfy the pre-requisite course requirement in order to take the LSRP Licensing Exam OR will qualify for 7 Regulatory CECs. It will not count for both. **
