[SRRA]: CORRECTION: Form Submissions as Readable PDFs

Please note that the first section of the February 6, 2017 listserv "Form Submissions as Readable PDFs, Timeframe Compliance Notifications, and Fee/Oversight Cost Payments prior to RAO Issuance" (Form Submissions as Readable PDFs) is only applicable to the "Receptor Evaluation Form" and the "Notice of Failure to Comply with a Mandatory or Expedited Site-specific Remediation Timeframe" form.

When submitting an electronic copy of either of these forms, the form must be submitted in readable/searchable PDF format. DO NOT PRINT AND SCAN THE FORM. Readable PDFs allow the Department to read and extract data electronically from the form. In addition, submitting readable PDFs improves the efficiency of administrative processing, as well as the inspection and review process. If either of these forms is submitted in a scanned format the form will be rejected.

All forms that require a signature should be printed, completed and signed, scanned, and the scanned version submitted to the Department.
