[SRRA]: The Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board's Statement of Interpretation on Independent Professional Judgment

On May 1, 2017, the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board (Board) approved "Statement of Interpretation 2017-01: Independent Professional Judgment." The document is intended to clarify provisions in the relevant statutes and regulations regarding the conduct of Licensed Site Remediation Professionals with respect to applying Independent Professional Judgment.
