[SRRA]: Updated Fee/Oversight Cost Guidance Document available

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has revised the Fee Guidance Document for fiscal year 2019 to version 2.5. The revisions to the guidance reflect amendments to the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS) rule adopted August 6, 2018, including the fees applicable to Child Care Centers and regulated heating oil tanks. A copy of the amended ARRCS rule will be available soon at www.nj.gov/dep/rules/nj_env_law.html.
