[SRRA]: Interpretation of Technical Requirements for Site Remediation requirement to "complete the remedial investigation"

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has issued an updated policy statement: "Interpretation of Technical Requirements for Site Remediation requirement to "complete the remedial investigation."

This policy statement updates and supersedes New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Policy Statement: "Interpretation of SRRA Requirement to Complete the Remedial Investigation by May 2014" established in June 2013.

The updated policy is available in the Administrative Section of the Site Remediation Guidance Library at: https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/.
