[EXTERNAL]: Updated Soil and Ground Water Remedial Action Protectiveness/Biennial Certification Forms and Instructions available The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has updated the Soil and Ground Water Remedial Action Protectiveness/Biennial Certification Forms and Instructions. Based on discussions with the Remedial Action Permit (RAP) stakeholder group, the forms were revised to clearly indicate what information should be submitted and when a certain submittal is required (i.e., RAP Transfer/Change of Property Ownership Application, RAP Modification Application, RAP Termination Application). Insufficient information, missing information, and missed submittals are the most common deficiencies with Soil and Ground Water Remedial Action Protectiveness/Biennial Certification Forms. These updated forms and instructions streamline the review of the Remedial Action Protectiveness/Biennial Certification-related submittals to the NJDEP in an effort to reduce the total processing time. Some important changes/additions for the Soil and Ground Water Remedial Action Protectiveness/Biennial Certification Forms include the following:
The forms and instructions, along with the change logs, are available on the NJDEP's website at http://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/. |
