[EXTERNAL]: New Site Remediation DataMiner Reports Available - Unregulated Heating Oil Tank (UHOT) No Further Action NFA Letters The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has created and posted two new DataMiner Reports related to No Further Action letters for unregulated heating oil tank (UHOT) remediations. The two reports, "UHOT NFA Letters Search by PI & Activity" and "UHOT NFA Letters Search by Incident Number," enable the user to search for a No Further Action letter related to a UHOT using the PI number and Activity number or by Incident Number. All UHOT NFAs from July 1, 2021 forward will be available on the data miner. The NJDEP is currently uploading the UHOT NFA letters from September 2015 to June 2021. If the No Further Action is available, the user will be able to download the letter through the report, thus eliminating the need to conduct an OPRA Request. The two reports are available in DataMiner under the Site Remediation, Underground Storage Tank Category (https://www13.state.nj.us/DataMiner/). Questions regarding DataMiner Reports should be directed to the Bureau of Information Systems at 609-292-9418. |
